Vehicle Data and Monitoring

By using ZInfo's vehicle monitoring features, you acknowledge and agree that: The application collects and stores data about vehicles, including but not limited to penalties, fines, and technical inspection status. We store unpaid penalties in our database and provide deadline reminders as a courtesy service. You will receive notifications about upcoming fine payment deadlines, but it remains your responsibility to ensure timely payment. Users may optionally register their vehicles in the database for continuous monitoring. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of vehicle data. Users are solely responsible for paying their penalties/fines regardless of whether they receive reminders. ZInfo is not liable for any missed payments, penalties, or additional charges due to system errors, failures, or delayed notifications.

Vehicle Registration

Vehicle registration in the ZInfo database is optional. Users must provide accurate and up-to-date vehicle information. Users are responsible for keeping their vehicle information current. ZInfo reserves the right to verify and remove inaccurate vehicle information. We may share vehicle data with relevant authorities as required by law.

Subscription Terms

ZInfo offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Subscription fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, the account will revert to the free version at the end of the billing period. No partial refunds will be provided for unused subscription periods. ZInfo reserves the right to modify subscription pricing and features with notice. Subscription benefits may vary by region and are subject to change.

Payment Information Storage

For your convenience, we offer the option to securely store your payment card details for future use. By choosing to save your card information, you authorize ZInfo to store your payment details in an encrypted format. This allows you to check your vehicles without re-entering card information each time. You can remove stored card details at any time through your account settings. While we implement industry-standard security measures, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your stored payment information.

Contact Information

You must provide accurate and current contact information when using our services. This includes your full name, email address, and phone number. You are required to notify us immediately if any of your contact information changes or if you discover any inaccuracies in the information we have on file. Providing false or misleading contact information is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your account. We rely on this information to send important notifications about your account, vehicles, and penalties. ZInfo is not liable for any consequences resulting from incorrect or outdated contact information.

Data Collection and Privacy

We collect and store various types of data including vehicle-related information, contact details, and payment information solely for the purpose of providing our services. This data is stored securely and is never shared with third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent. User consent is required for all data collection and storage. We may anonymize and aggregate data for analytical purposes. Users can request deletion of their data upon account termination, except where we are required to retain it by law. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but no system is completely secure. ZInfo is not responsible for unauthorized access to stored data despite our security measures.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will be available on our website. Your continued use of the application after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Dispute Resolution
