1. Agreement and operator
ZINFO is operated by Levan Parastashvili in Georgia. These Terms form the agreement between you and ZINFO for the Services, unless a specific transaction identifies another seller or contracting party.
App stores, banks, payment services, public authorities, and other external services may apply separate terms to their part of a transaction.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must have the legal capacity and authority needed to use the Services and provide any information you submit. If you act for another person or business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind them.
Do not misrepresent identity, age, authority, vehicle ownership, phone-number control, location, or eligibility for a feature, plan, discount, or promotion.
3. Accounts and security
Provide accurate information and keep it reasonably current. You are responsible for activity through your account and for protecting your device, credentials, verification codes, and connected sign-in methods.
ZINFO may require reasonable verification, restrict access, or end sessions when needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, account recovery, or enforcement of these Terms.
4. Licence and ownership
ZINFO grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the customer-facing Services for lawful purposes on supported devices.
ZINFO and its licensors retain all rights in the software, branding, design, databases, content, compilations, and documentation. No ownership right is transferred to you.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Use the Services for unlawful surveillance, harassment, threats, discrimination, fraud, impersonation, spam, doxxing, or another illegal purpose.
- Search, save, submit, monitor, or pay for information without lawful authority or a legitimate purpose.
- Scrape, automate, copy, resell, republish, or build a competing database from the Services without written permission.
- Reverse engineer, bypass protections, probe vulnerabilities, interfere with operation, or attempt unauthorised access.
- Circumvent subscriptions, limits, verification, payment controls, geographic restrictions, or eligibility rules.
- Submit malware, unlawful content, false records, offensive labels, or information you have no right to share.
6. Other people's data
You must have a lawful basis and necessary authority before submitting or permitting access to another person's information. You are responsible for your submissions and for responding to any person whose rights your submission affects.
ZINFO may correct, restrict, reject, or remove content when reasonably needed to protect users, data quality, legal rights, or the Services.
7. Caller and directory information
Caller and directory results can be incomplete, informal, outdated, duplicated, offensive, or wrong. A result is informational and is not proof of identity, ownership, reputation, creditworthiness, criminality, or authority.
Availability depends on the supported device, operating system, permissions, connectivity, setup, and available matching information. ZINFO does not guarantee that every call or number will be identified.
8. Vehicles, fines, reminders, and payments
You must be authorised to search or save a vehicle or fine. Records, reminders, and payment status can be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. Confirm deadlines, amounts, and settlement with the responsible authority or payment service.
Starting a payment does not prove completion. Keep the final receipt and verify the official status. External fees, reversals, rejection, or delayed posting may apply.
9. Information tools and AI
VIN, customs, plate, tracking, fuel, currency, weather, map, speed-test, and similar results are informational. They may be estimates, rounded, delayed, or supplied by third parties.
The Services do not provide legal, tax, customs, investment, insurance, mechanical, medical, safety, or other professional advice. Confirm important decisions with the responsible authority or qualified professional.
AI-assisted output may be incomplete or incorrect. Do not rely on it for emergency, legal, financial, medical, safety-critical, or similarly high-impact decisions.
10. Plans, subscriptions, and refunds
Current price, billing period, included features, renewal terms, and any trial or promotion are shown before purchase. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew until cancelled through the channel used to purchase them.
Charges, refunds, cancellations, and consumer remedies are governed by the checkout terms and mandatory law. ZINFO may correct pricing errors and change future plan pricing or features with the notice and choices required by law.
11. Your submissions
You retain rights you lawfully hold in submitted content. You grant ZINFO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, format, transmit, display, review, and use that content only as reasonably needed to provide, protect, improve, and administer the Services or comply with law.
You confirm that your submissions are lawful, accurate to the best of your knowledge, and do not violate another person's rights.
12. Third-party services
The Services may rely on or link to app stores, banks, payment services, public authorities, maps, weather services, data sources, and communications networks. ZINFO does not control their terms, decisions, availability, security, or content.
13. Availability and changes
ZINFO may add, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue a feature, plan, platform, or data source. Availability can vary by country, device, operating system, app version, permission, plan, and account status.
The Services may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, emergencies, external outages, security events, legal requirements, or events beyond reasonable control.
14. Suspension and termination
ZINFO may warn, limit, suspend, or terminate access where it reasonably believes there is a legal, security, fraud, payment, abuse, eligibility, or Terms violation. Urgent action may be taken without advance notice where reasonably necessary.
You may stop using the Services, cancel a subscription, or deactivate an available account. Payment, intellectual-property, disclaimer, liability, indemnity, and dispute provisions survive where their nature requires it.
15. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. ZINFO does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free data, a result for every search, delivery of every notification, or compatibility with every device.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Liability and responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZINFO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, lost profit, lost opportunity, lost data, or loss caused by reliance on unofficial, delayed, or inaccurate information.
Where liability cannot be excluded, ZINFO's total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the affected Service during the 12 months before the event, unless mandatory law requires a different result.
You are responsible for loss, claims, and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful use, breach of these Terms, or violation of another person's rights, to the extent permitted by law.
17. Governing law, disputes, and changes
Georgian law governs these Terms, without removing any mandatory protection that applies to you. The competent courts of Georgia have jurisdiction unless mandatory law requires another forum.
Before filing a claim, contact [email protected] and allow a reasonable opportunity to review the issue, unless urgent relief or mandatory law permits otherwise.
ZINFO may update these Terms for legal, product, security, operational, or pricing reasons. Material changes will be communicated where required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by law.
18. General terms and contact
These Terms and incorporated notices are the entire agreement for the Services unless a separate written agreement applies. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum necessary and the remaining provisions continue.
Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your account or these Terms without consent. ZINFO may transfer the agreement with the Services as part of a lawful reorganisation or business transfer.
The Georgian and English versions are intended to match. For users in Georgia, the Georgian version governs an inconsistency, subject to mandatory law.
